PHHA User Account Request Form

If you are a resident or owner in this community, you are welcomed and encouraged to request a user account for access to the protected areas of this web site, which include the Resident Directory, Association documents, Community message boards, and more.

Please provide the information requested below and click "Request User Account" to send your request to the Webmaster. They will verify your request using association records, create your account, and send your User ID and Password. This is not an automatic process, so please allow your volunteer Webmaster 3 - 5 business days to complete setup.

By completing this form, you give Preston Highlands Homeowners Association permission to publish your information in the password-protected phhaonline.org resident directory (access by PHHA residents only) and any printed directories that might be published for PHHA residents. Additionally, from time to time, you will receive important neighborhood news and crime alerts from your Association. Preston Highlands Homeowners Association respects the privacy of its residents and will not release any contact information to outside third-parties, with the exception of its management company (Select Management) and its law firm (Riddle & Williams) if necessary in conducting the business of the Association.
