The buttons on the left allow you to view and print a variety of "for residents only" Association documents after logging in. Many of the documents contain sensitive and/or privileged information. It is your responsibility to safeguard this data in its printed and electronic form.

In this area you will find the HOA covenants and other documents such as General Meeting minutes, budget, and finacial reports for the HOA.

Document Use and Classification

Choose documents at the left to view, download, and print the official Association Documents in the following categories:

Rules & Regulations
Volunteers in Patrol
Financial Reports
Other/Misc.

System use note: When attempting to view documents other than PDF files (e.g. Word, Excel), you may need to open the application open prior to choosing the view option. This requirement does not apply when downloading or using PDF files.
